Membership and Password
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you do not need an account to shop with us. We give you the option to check out as a guest. But by setting up an account, you become a Royal Gang member and have access to come back anytime and easily check out without having to fill in your details again and track your orders. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.
To create an account simply click “LOGIN” in the top right hand corner of our site. You will then be given an option to register an account with us.
Will my personal information kept private?
I can’t sign into my account. What is the problem?
When you want to shop with us or access your account, we ask you to login to your account.
If you find that your email address or password is not recognized, please make sure you are using the same email address and password that you used when you registered with us.
If you have forgotten your password, just click the “Lost your password? ” link on the login page and follow the prompts to receive your new password.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, just click the “Lost your password? ” underneath the login form. Your password will then be emailed to you.
How I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your account will be reviewed and cancelled within 1 working day.
Is it safe to order online?
You can be assured that shopping with Royal Gang is safe. We are a member of “Verified by Visa” and “Secure by Mastercard”, providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. How do I make a purchase on Royal Gang?
Before you start shopping, we recommend that you read our Terms and Conditions. Once you register on Royal Gang, you will be able to place an order.
Shopping at Royal Gang is easy. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page. You can review the items in your cart by clicking the “MY CART” icon at the top of the page. Click on “CHECK OUT” to complete your order.
In the “MY CART” section, you can edit, update, cancel or proceed to checkout with your selected items. If your contact and shipping details need updating simply select “Edit Profile” in the “My Account” section. To complete your order select your chosen method of payment and follow the prompts to complete your order. Once your order is complete, you will receive an automated email and invoice receipt.
We try our best – but please make sure that all your details and products are correct before making payment as we cannot guarantee that we can amend your order before shipment is arranged.
What payment methods does Royal Gang accept?

What currencies can I use?

How do I know which items are in stock?
All items shown on the website are in stock. However, putting an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it for you.
Can I reserve an item to buy later?
No, putting an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it for you. Some much-in-demand items may go out of stock before you confirm your purchase despite being available when you added them to your shopping cart.
How will I know my order has been received?
After your purchase has been made you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will be accepted and dispatched once your credit card and address details have been verified.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email within 48 hours containing your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please contact us via email@example.com. We will be glad to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
Royal Gang is happy to accept cancellations, for any reason, up to the moment your order has been processed. After that, you cannot cancel your order, but you may return it. For instructions on how to do this, please refer to our returns and exchanges section for more information.
Can I change my order once I've placed it?
No, once you place an order it is final.
How do I use a Coupon Code?
After choosing the products go to your cart where you will see a “Coupon” section. In order to redeem it simply enter the code as its shown, without any spaces between characters and click “Apply”. After that you will be able to see the discount amount and your current order total, upon which you need to proceed to the checkout phase to complete the order.
Do you sell wholesale?

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Any country outside of Turkey will be charged a $20 shipping fee.
How much will I be charged for shipping?
For ultimate customer satisfaction, we offer standard delivery prices for international orders. No matter how big or small your order is, any country outside of Turkey will be charged a $20 shipping fee.
Royal Gang offers free shipping within Turkey.
Will I be charged any additional customs fees?
An international order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are presented once a shipment reaches your country. The amount for the duties and taxes fee may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Unfortunately, we can’t control or take responsibility for any duties/taxes applied to your shipment. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.
If you refuse an international shipment from us, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package.

How long does delivery take?
Once your payment details have been verified and approved, we try to process every order within 24 hours but it can take up to 2 days. We’ll send you an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order ships.
International packages often arrive within 3-9 business days after we’ve processed and shipped your order!
On international orders:
All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We will ship your packages DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs.
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to customs procedures. In order to avoid any delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody at home, etc.), you must complete the applicable form correctly and it is advisable to leave a contact telephone number in the corresponding field.
Orders cannot be delivered to military bases or P.O. Boxes.
Within Turkey, packages often arrive within 1-2 business days after we’ve processed and shipped your order!
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
At this moment we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes due to courier restrictions. FedEx, UPS and DHL do not deliver packages to P.O. Boxes, they only accept shipments to a valid street address.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return an item?
For international orders, we do not accept returns except for incorrect or faulty items. All sales are final.
Within Turkey, Royal Gang accepts returns within 30 days of order delivery. The item must be in the condition as you received. You just can’t return anything that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached. Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued within 3 business days to your original payment method. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.

When will I receive my fund?
We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your return package and the item complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7-10 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. We’ll send you an email to let you know once we’ve processed your return with the details of any refunds. Please note returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
Can I exchange my item?
For international orders, we do not accept exchanges except for faulty items. All sales are final.
Within Turkey, Royal Gang accepts exchanges within 30 days of order delivery. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and then place a new order. You will receive a refund for the original item, excluding the original cost of shipping. The original item must be in the condition as you received. Please note we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.
